Overview

ShareCheck is designed to process images on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data through the app.

Data collection

ShareCheck does not include account services, analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, or developer-operated servers. The app does not collect data from you.

Image processing

Images selected in the app or provided to the ShareCheck share extension are processed locally using Apple system frameworks. Images are not uploaded to a server operated by the developer.

You choose whether to save or share a generated clean copy. ShareCheck does not overwrite the original image.

Purchases

The optional lifetime purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. ShareCheck reads the verified purchase entitlement needed to unlock features. Apple handles payment details under Apple's own privacy practices.

Local preferences

ShareCheck stores the lifetime-unlock status and the number of free exports used in local shared preferences so the main app and share extension have consistent access. These preferences remain on the device and are not sent to the developer.

Important limitation

Automatic findings are suggestions and may miss sensitive content. You should inspect every final image before sharing it.

Policy changes

If ShareCheck's data practices change, this page will be updated before those changes take effect, and the effective date above will be revised.
